Submit a copyright notice

Email support@predicitionx.com with the subject “Copyright Notice” and include:

• Your physical or electronic signature and contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list for multiple works.
• The exact URL and a clear description of the material to review.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights holder.

Review and counter-notice

We may remove or restrict material while reviewing a valid notice and may contact the contributor. A person affected by a removal may send a counter-notice identifying the material, its prior location, contact details, consent to the appropriate court’s jurisdiction, and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.

Knowingly making material misrepresentations may create legal liability. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting a notice or counter-notice.
